With there being months between the newsletter and some events, I would just consider brief reminders to be a simple yet proactive action that may increase/maintain engagement. As I mentioned below I was told this would be looked into, hence my question. Actually that was back in 2022 not 2023.

As for listing an event on the website (which has been forgotten in the past), of course this is essential but also relies on people checking periodically. This is what I did last month, but unfortunately too late.

Gareth - Sorry you missed this. The meeting would have been advertised on our Events webpages, also in the early November 2024 edition of The Bittern newsletter which is produced every three months or so and emailed to members. Missed this being on…
Back in 2023 I did suggest that email updates/announcements about events would be useful. Rob said it would be looked into, any progress?
