Thank you for coming to the Members’ Day, Kate; I’m glad you had a good afternoon. It’s a shame we don’t get more of our 500 members attending, since it’s free and everyone who attends enjoys it. I take your point about names of committee members. We did wear badges at our first event and clearly need to look again at this matter.

MY friend and I attended the meeting,on Saturday,it was very enjoyable.The only problem that we have got is that we did not really know who everyone was.We got the feeling that you assumed that everyone knew everybody.Maybe it would help if the committee member’s could wear name badge’s and to introduce themselves properly.We have both been to a couple of evening meeting’s recently at Ruishton ,even though we have been member’s for a while this was the first AGM .Maybe this is something to talk about.Thankyou for a lovely meeting it was great meeting and chatting with Steve Moss,who I will seeing on Thursday at the museam.
