Following on from Denise Wawman’s recent post, the BTO have asked us and other societies to publicise as much as possible the project on the Severn.

Colour Dyed Dunlin have been spotted at Wall Common. They were dyed as a part of a project looking at the use of the Severn Estuary by waders as part of the assessment for the potential Cardiff Tidal Lagoon.

Other species have been colour ringed as part of the same project. The organisers are keen to recieve information about more sightings.
