Reminder that our next field meeting is on Saturday 30th September, 9am for a walk to Stert Point, meet at the Natural England Car Park behind Dowells Farm . Leader Dick Best
A further field meeting will be held on December 16th at 9am for a Sea Watch at Minehead. Meet at t at Quay West Car park , Minehead near the Lifeboat station, Leader Dave Dawe.

Apologies for conflicting start times for the field meeting tomorrow. I will be there for a 9am start but we will catch up with anyone arriving later. Hopefully an earlier start might mean birds are more active then. It was rather quiet bird wise this morning on a recce walk starting at 10 am as it was already rather warm. Don’t forget that RSPB members can park free in the Ham Wall Carpark but we will meet in the Natural England CP.

Shapwick Heath and Noahs Lake. Saturday September 8th 9am. . Meet at Ashcott corner Car Park, Map Ref ST 3448396. This will be an easy level walk looking for any migrants moving through and hopefully some Bearded Tits .Leader: Alison Everett
