1 over Wyndham Park, Yeovil this AM

One Red Kite drifted slowly eastwards at ten o’clock this morning over Westhay Moor NR.

Two red kites over silage fields at Westcombe yesterday 24 at midday there were two around the same area last year perhaps only a matter of time until they become resident in Somerset

Single Red Kite over 70 Acres on Shapwick Heath 1030 ‘ish this morning, circled for 5 mins then headed off N. East

Red Kite reported and photographed by a visitor over Ham Wall this morning (one also reported on Sunday morning)

Seen two Red Kites (or most likely the same bird twice) over my Crewkerne garden in the past 10 days both at about 5pm: 6th May one circled high overhead going W. 15th May one flew actively at just above roof top height while being chased by gulls going W. Probably same as Mike’s bird as appears to fit a pattern of heading west in the afternoon/evening. I have a photo from 6th if you want to compare with what you saw, Mike.

One today on Kennard Moor - they were grass cutting on the southern side and it popped in to have a look!

One flying over Cinnamon Lane, Glastonbury,  at 2.00pm on the 13th - heading East.
